It's time to bring back The Art and Joy of Cooking at Home.
At the Les Roses Culinaires Cooking School our focus is on the training of "home cooks". Our Chefs will help you learn how to prepare fresh nutritious foods and discover the economic benefits of cooking at home.
We teach proper skills, procedures and methods to create delicious, healthy meals at home for you and your family. And many of our classes are designed using local organic produce and grass fed meats, as well as local products, staples and accessories easily available to the home cook.
Our school is located in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country and the Amish Farmlands of Lancaster County. We are also adjacent to the Amish Farmers Market at the Meadowbrook Shoppes, so you will be able to shop for plenty of brilliantly fresh produce, meats and other treasures to enjoy at home.
Our kitchen equipment and cooking utensils are strictly residential in size and focus. Plus, our classes are designed for entry level as well as experienced home cooks, with the overarching goal being to bring back The Art and Joy of Cooking at Home.
